Kimberly S. Hart, Founder of the H.A.R.T. Method NCBTMB, NGH, Minister
Kimberly has always had a passion for Natural Health and Ancient Healing Methods. She has been actively practicing in holistic health since 1993, when she founded Adagio Holistic Therapies, LLC. Through personal and professional experience, she has integrated and formed a unique method of working with clients and students. Kimberly employs indigenous philosophy, and techniques taught to her by Elders of Central America, including Elders of the Maya, Aztec, Nahuatl, and Mixtec, as well as Western, Ancient European, and Eastern traditions.
A few years ago, Kimberly was given the mandate by one of her most recent teachers, Rita Navarrete Perez, to teach the knowledge she has learned, so that the medicine is shared, and the healing can expand and spread in the world and benefit more communities.
As with ancient traditions, Kimberly assesses, works with, and treats the whole individual, that which may be contributing to their current challenges. This may include spiritual, emotional, physical, cultural, environmental, and nutritional aspects. Kimberly has traveled, lived, and studied in Central America with Elders of the Maya, Aztec, Nahuatl, and Mixteca since 1997. She is an ordained Minister, NCBTMB, Certified Hypnotherapist, Herbalist, Maya Abdominal Practitioner, and Instructor, and practices and teaches Curanderismo.
In my opinion, the class was perfect for me. It was such a gift and an honor to get to learn from Kim and receive these gifts. Truly, truly a beautiful gift. Kim is so generous in her way of teaching and I am so grateful for every one of her teachers and to be connected to this lineage. - K. T.
It is with heartfelt gratitude that I dedicate the H.A.R.T. Method: Holistic Abdominal Relief Therapy to my Maestros. I am immensely grateful for all of the lessons, both intended and unintended, which helped to create this gift of wisdom, and to those Maestras who insisted and even pushed me to teach this synthesis of ancient and modern knowledge and techniques in a Good Way.
Muchos Gracias, Thank you.
Ometeotl, Kim Hart
